TCP Phase 2 Licence Agreement
Texts which were created in Phase 2 of the Text Creation Partnership and were deposited with the Oxford Text Archive are subject to restrictive conditions on their access and use, as follows:
"This keyboarded and encoded edition of the work described above is co-owned by the institutions providing financial support to the Early English Books Online Text Creation Partnership. Searching, reading, printing, or downloading EEBO-TCP texts is reserved for the authorized users of these project partner institutions. Permission must be granted for subsequent distribution, in print or electronically, of this EEBO-TCP Phase II text, in whole or in part."
Users wishing to download these texts from the Oxford Text Archive must agree to abide by these terms.

Text Creation Partnership Phase 2 texts are expected to come into the public domain with a minimum of restrictions on their use on 1 July 2020.
