dc.description.abstract | "Whereas there is a scandalous book lately exposed in print, said to be a Friends discourse delivered at a Yearly Meeting of the Quakers, in Boston, on Friday the 30th of August, 1728. Now we whose names are underwritten being present at the said meeting, and hearing the said discourse or sermon, do hereby declare that what is printed in several words is otherwise than what was delivered, many words being left out and others added. George Bunker, Esq; [and four others]."--Boston gazette, Sept. Errata statement, p. 22. |
