Place of publication from STC. Imperfect: letterpress portion only; cut up and pasted together. The two long columns of verse are probably originally on either side of W. Roger's engraved, "Eliza triumphans"; see Hind I.263 and pl.138. There may also have been an emblem with the 3 stanzas pasted at the bottom. Cf. STC.
