Annotation on Thomason copy reel 179 (E.1365[1]): "20. march 1649"; on reel 255 (C124hl[1]): "Mar. 17 1649"; the 50 in the imprint date has been crossed out. Thomason reel 179 (E.1365[1]) only contains "A vindication of those, whose endeavors is only to make the earth a common treasury, called Diggers."
