"A gospel ordinance concerning the singing of scripture-psalms, hymns and spiritual songs; the lawfulness of that ordinance." has separate dated title page, pagination and register are continuous. The last leaf is blank. Annotation on Thomason copy: "May. 9."; also the final number of the imprint date has been marked through. Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
