dc.description.abstract Printer's name from Wing. Wing has publication year 1644[5]; Thomason catalogue lists under 1645. Numerous errors in pagination. With a final errata leaf. Annotation on Thomason copy: "May 13 1645". The frontispiece portrait of Charles II as a young man in the Thomason copy "is only one of a set of similar oval plates used for illustrating books"--Madan. Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
