Reproduction of the original in the British Library. Annotations on Thomason copy: at end of third paragraph: "his lodging next doore to the White Boare in Lothbury"; 'An Extract of the Ordinance of Parliament dated 6. Martii 1647.' has been altered to read "An Extract of the Ordinance of Parliament dated ['Martii' crossed out] Aprill ['1647' modified to read "1648"].
