"The title (without any imprint) and the sign. * on the title and *2 on p.1, show that this piece was intended to go with [Sir Thomas Ireland's Verses spoken at the appearance of the King and Queene (Wing I296)]: the second leaf is sometimes found as a separate piece"--Madan. Bound with and identified as part of Wing I296 on UMI microfilm "Early English books, 1641-1700" reel 458. Reproduction of original in the Folger Shakespeare Library.
