Imperfect: stained; copy at reel 1358:27 lacks dedicatory letter to William Seymour, Marquess and Earl of Hartford, and some pages bound and filmed out of order. Reproduction of original in the Harvard University Library, and Birmingham Central Reference Library (Birmingham, England).
