An ordinance of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament Together with rules and directions concerning suspention from the sacrament of the Lords Supper in cases of ignorance and scandall. Also the names of such ministers and others that are appointed triers and judges of the ability of elders in the twelve classes within the province of London. Die Lunæ 20. Octob. 1645.
