Wherein is set forth, the grounds and reasons of their present designe and engagement; together with their candid intentions, and reall resolutions therein, both towards King, Parliament, and Kingdome. As also, their message to the free-born people of this nation, concerning their present proceedings, with their most humble desires touching the same.
