| dc.description.abstract | The year is given according to Lady Day dating. Place of publication from Wing. One of five STC entries representing an undetermined number of settings and combinations of formes. Sheets are often found mixed. In this setting of quire A, title page lacks comma after "yeare"; A3r line 3 ends "and those of". Characteristics of other sheets associated by STC with this setting of A are: B2r line 4 begins "Chancery,"; D1r line 3 ends "and made .. State"; E1r line 1 ends "appointed a". The title page is found with one of three types of ornamentation: (1) woodcut ornament with winged heads, (2) rectangle of type ornaments measuring 29 x 91 mm., or (3) square of type ornaments measuring 18 x 18 mm.
