"Witnesse our selfe at Westminster the Eleauenth day of May, in the Fourteenth y[ea]re of our R[e]igne of England, Fraunce, and Ireland and of Scotland the Nyne and Fortieth." Item at reel 719:20 identified as STC 9236a. Imperfect: item at reel 1875:82 contains broken and missing type; material in brackets supplied by cataloger.
