The first leaf and the last leaf are blank except for marginal rules. This edition has a note on the title page verso referring to this as the "second impression"; E1r, line 1 has "alwayes". Identified as STC 7540 at reel 783:12. Reproductions of the originals in the British Library and the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery.
