The following distinctions are based largely on copies at Cambridge University Library, University of Cambridge-Colleges, Boston Public Library, Harvard University Library compared with selected but not always coordinated points in copies from the British Library and Folger Shakespeare Library: A1 verso line 2 has: booke; A2 recto line 2 of heading has: kyng; N4 verso catchword: wealthe and line 1 ends: wisedome; Z2 recto line 2 ends: theru and line 3 ends: wyll is. On e6 verso: This boke bounde in paper bourdes or claspes, not to be solde aboue. xvi. d. Signatures: A-Z⁴ a-d⁴ e⁶. Identified as STC 5170a (former STC number) on UMI microfilm, reels 31 and 121.
