Folio number xlvi is omitted in folio numbering. Identified as STC 23964 on UMI microfilm reel 154; identified as STC 23956 on card at beginning of UMI microfilm reel 155; identified as STC 23965 on target on UMI microfilm reel 155. Appears at UMI microfilm reels 154 and 155 (British Library copy filmed twice). Imperfect--Cf. STC. Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
