There are several title-page variants with undetermined concurrence: no comma after "exhortacion"; "fro̲" instead of "frō"; "Englan:d". Identified as STC 9181 on UMI microfilm reel 133. Reproductions of the originals in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery and the British Library. Appears at reel 133 (Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery copy) and at reel 153 (British Library copy).
