dc.description.abstract Regarding the Council's delay in allowing Thomas Papillon and John Dubois to assume the office of sheriff of London and Middlesex. A different work from Wing T1563A. Francis Smith was at the Elephant and Castle from 1659 to 1688, and was commonly known as Elephant Smith. Copy stained. Reproduction of the original in the Cambridge University Library.
