Which treatise is lately compyled by sir Paule Busshe preest, and bonhome of Edyndon: and dedicate vnto the yong and most hye renomed lady Mary, princes [et] doughter vnto the noble progenytour, our worthy souerayne kyng Henry the eight, kyng of Engla[n]de and of Frau[n]ce, [et] hye defe[n]der of ye christenfaithe.
