dc.description.abstract In verse. Signatures: [pi]¹ a² B-M⁴ N² ; A-K⁴ L² ; A-Dd⁴ Ee² (+-A2). Leaves K4 (second series) and A1 and E2 (third series) are blank. A reissue of the edition of 1604 with cancel general title page; "The tragedie of Darius" retains its original 1604 title page. A separately signed section has been added containing "The Alexandræan tragedie" and "The tragedie of Iulius Cæsar", each with separate dated title page. The title page to "The Alexandræan tragedie" is a cancel with a mask ornament. The cancellandum has a lace ornament. Reproduction of the original in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery.
