dc.description.abstract Partly in verse. The title page is engraved and signed "Sime [?] Passæus sculp:", and dated 1621 at lower left. "While the orn[ament]. on Oo1r belonged to F. Kingston, the woodcut init[ial]. letters are not his and prob[ably]. belonged to A. Mathewes at this time"--STC. "Pamphilia, to Amphilanthus" (caption title, in verse) has separate pagination; register is continuous. Reproduction of the original in the Folger Shakespeare Library.
