dc.description.abstract In part a reply to "A conference about the next succession to the crowne of Ingland" (STC 19398). "Signed in Waldegrave's manner"--STC. The first leaf and the last leaf are blank. "A treatise containing M. Wentworths iudgement concerning the person of the true and lawfull successor to these realmes of England and Ireland" has separate dated title page and pagination; register is continuous. Reproduction of the original in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery.
