Pages 50-51 repeated in number only; 60-61 and 63-64 missing in number only; 56-57 misnumbered 58-59; E2 missigned F2. Errata on recto of H8, final leaf. Preliminary pages and 81-82 torn. Beginning-page 1 and 76-101 from Folger Shakespeare Library copy spliced at end. Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
