Colophon reads: Prynted in the yeare of our Lorde M. D. XXXV and fynished the fourth daye of October. Dedicated to King Henry VIII, and preceded by a "Prologe: Myles Coverdale vnto the Christian reader." Signatures: [cross]⁸, a-p⁶, 2a-2v⁶, Aa-Ii⁶, Aaa-Rrr⁶, A-O⁶, 2A- 2T⁶.
