Variant: 2A1 is cancellandum; dedication lacking. The second through fifth books each have separate dated title page; the fifth book has separate pagination; register is continuous. The page before 126 is numbered 126. Reproduction of the original in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery.
