The second book has separate pagination, register beginning with 2A1, and title page with imprint "London, printed by Thomas Harper, for Henry Seyle ..". "Purslowe pr[inted]. A, a-b, Oo-Rr; Cotes Ee-Mm; Harper the rest"--STC. The dedication is printed on two cancel leaves. Variant 1: with cancellandum dedication on three leaves. I4 is a cancel; I4r catchword is "day". Variant 2: I4 is cancellandum, with I4r catchword "saith". Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
