Includes "The dyscrypcyon of Englonde", an excerpt from: Higden, Ranulf. Polycronicon. The first page contains woodcuts with ornamenal border. The bottom border contains Maltese crosses, thus the first quire is sometimes said to be signed with a cross. Reproduction of the original in the British Library. |
