**The FIRST Project Gutenberg Etext of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde** **This 10th edition should be labeled hyde10.txt or hyde10.zip** *This edition is being officially released on October 31, 1992.* We are releasing TWO simultaneous versions of this etext; if you are familiar with methods of comparing two similar etexts with a difference in pagination and margination, please let us know, as we are still trying to perfect methods of comparison. This choice was made by popular demand for a seasonal literature release, and several other books are being considered: Dracula, Frankenstain and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, as Halloween classics. Please let us know of any errors you find in any of these books. We call improved editions of etexts "editions" and the first one released to the general public is usually numbered 10th edition. "Version" is used to mark separate books being put into etext in which case we have used a very different paper book, sometimes a different translation, etc. Vers . . .
