    Declaratio causarum serenissimam Maiestatem Reginæ Angliæ mouentium, ad instruendam atque emittendam classem ad regnorum suorum defensionem, contra vires Regis Hispaniæ per dictæ classis generales euulganda: vt inde enotescat Maiestatem suam arma eo solùm animo sumere, vt se suaque tueatur: hostes verò lædat.
