    A declaration and ordinance of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament for the seizing and sequestring of the estates, both reall and personall, of certaine kinds of notorious delinquents, to the use, and for the maintaining of the army raised by the Parliament; and such other uses as shall be directed by both houses of Parliament, for the benefit of the Common-wealth. With the names of the committees who are employed in the severall counties of this kingdome, for the execution of this ordinance.     The copy of a letter sent from Dvblin, dated the 11th of April, to a marchant that lives in Marke Lane with the true relation of the happie proceedings of the Scotch-men in Ireland against the rebells : as also the severall votes and resolutions of both Houses of Parliament, concerning the Kings last message : with an order from both Houses of Parliament concerning church-government, April 9th, 1642.
