With a list of the Protestant commanders, and the chief of the rebels commanders, and the townes that the Protestants have relieved. With the humble petition of the baronets, esquires, ministers, gentlemen, freeholders, and others peacably affected in the County Palatine of Lancaster, to the Kings most Excellent Majesty.
