  The declaration and vindication of Isaack Pennington, now Lord Mayor of the citie of London, of Colonell Ven, Captain Manwaring and Mr. Fowke. In answer to sundry scandalous pamphlets, wherein they are charged to be the maine incendiaries of these present troubles in the citie of London.
