A DECLARATION OF The Parliament of ENGLAND, Concerning Proceedings in Courts of Iustice.

THe Parliament of Eng­land now assembled do Declare, That being fully resolved to main­tain the Fundamental Laws of this Nation for the good of the People; and having appointed Iudges for the Administration of Iustice in execution thereof, do expect that they proceed accordingly.

ORdered by the Commons assembled in Parlia­ment, That this Declaration be forthwith Print­ed and Published.
