ORdered by the Parliament, That the Lords Commissioners of the Great-Seal of England do consider how the En­gagement may be tendred to all persons in any Cities, Towns or Counties within Eng­land or Wales, who are willing to take the Engagement: And that the said Lords Commissioners be Authorized and Requi­red to nominate and appoint fit persons in the several Counties, Cities, Towns or pla­ces to take such Subscriptions, in such sort as they had formerly power to do by the Act, the time thereby limited being elapsed, and to cause Returns to be made thereof accord­ing to the said Act, by such times as they shall appoint.
