ORdered by the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament, that Rich­ard Osborne may within forty dayes after the date hereof, come with safe­ty to his Person to make good the al­legations mentioned in his Letters, so long as he shall stay here for the examination and proof of the bu­sinesse, and likewise shall have free liberty to depart without molestation, let, or hinderance,
