A further Additional Act For Relief of POOR PRISONERS.

BE it Enacted by this present Parliament, and the Authority thereof, That one Act of this present Parliament, EntiĀ­tuled, An Act for discharging from Imprisonment poor Prisoners unable to satisfie their Creditors; And also one other Act of this present Parliament, Entituled, An Additional Act for the further case and Relief of poor Prisoners; and all the Powers and Authorities granted in and by the said Acts, or either of them, be and are hereby Revived, and shall be and continue in full force, and extend unto all and every such poor Prisoner and Prisoners for Debt, as by the said Acts or either of them is or are to be relieved, who is or shall be in Prison on the Four and twentieth day of June, in the year of our Lord, One thousand six hundred fifty and two, under the same Conditions and Proviso's as are contained in the said Acts or either of them.

ORdered by the Parliament, That this Act be forthwith PrintĀ­ed and published.
