AN ACT Making Void the Acts Appointing Commissioners for Go­vernment of the Army; And for Making Charles Fleetwood Esq Commander in Chief of the Land-Forces.

BE it Enacted by the Authority of this pre­sent Parliament, That one Act of Par­liament, Passed the eleventh Day of Fe­bruary this present Year, One thousand six hundred fifty nine, Entituled, An Act appoint­ing Commissioners for the Government of the Ar­my: As also one other Act, Entituled, An Act Constituting Charles Fleetwood Esq Lievtenant Ge­neral and Commander in Chief of the Forces Rai­sed and to be Raised by Authority of Parliament within England and Scotland, Passed this present Parliament, Be henceforth Null and Void. And that all Authorities by the said Acts, or ei­ther of them given, do Cease and Determine, and be Ceased and Determined.
