AN ACT IMPOWERING JUDGES FOR PROBATE of VVILLS, And Granting ADMINISTRATIONS.

BE it Enacted by this present Parliament, and by the Autho­rity thereof, That John Sadler, John Sparrow, and Samuel Moyer, Esqs, be, and are hereby nominated and appointed Iudges for the Probate of Wills, and granting Administra­tions. And the said John Sadler, John Sparrow, and Samuel Moyer, or any two of them, are hereby Authorized, Im­powered and Required to Hear, Order, Determine, Ad­judge and Decree in all matters and things, as Iudges for the Probate of Wills, and Granting of Administrations in as full, large and ample maner as any other Iudge or Iudges for Probate of Wills, and Granting of Ad­ministrations at any time heretofore might or ought lawfully to do: To have, hold, exercise and enjoy the said Office or Place of Iudges for Probate of Wills, and Granting of Administrations, until the Thirtieth day of June One thousand six hundred fifty and nine, and no longer.
