A Prayer for the Queenes Maiesties safe deliuerance in her Childbirth.

O Mercifull Lord and hea­uenly Father, by whose gracious gift mankind is encreased, who hast pro­mised that the seede of them that feare thee, shall be mightie vpon earth: wee beseech thee for our gracious Queene ANNE, that thou wilt pre­serue her in the great paines and perill of childbirth: grant her a safe and happie deli­uerance, and send thy blessing vpon her and the fruite of her wombe, to the ioy and com­fort of this land, and to the euerlasting praise and glory of thy Name, through Christ our Lord. Amen.

ALmightie God, from whose on­ly blessing the fruitfulnesse of the wombe with safe and happy deliuerance from the paines and danger in childbirth doe proceede: giue this thy blessing wee humbly beseech thee vnto thy handmaid our gracious Queene, that she may be comforted with thy sauing health, and become a ioyfull mother of many children. So shall the King reioyce, and thy people be glad therof, and we all with thankefull hearts shall praise thy glorious Name for such an increase of the Kings royall issue, tending to the good of this thy Church, and vnto the comfort both of vs and of our posteritie, through Iesus Christ our Lord.

MOst gratious God which hast blessed vs with a Queene of a fruitfull wombe and an hap­pie ofspring, and preserued her heretofore in the prosperous birth of that royal issue, which we with comfort and ioy daily behold: grant her we humbly beseech thee at this time also, [Page] a safe deliuerance of that noble babe which now she beareth, and prolong her dayes with the life of our most renowned King, that they may both together see their childrens chil­dren for many generations, vnto the honour and glorie of thy name, and the full establish­ment of our peace and happinesse, through Iesus Christ our Lord.

O Lord our God, seeing it hath pleased thee of thy mercifull goodnesse to make our graci­ous Queene ANNE as a fruit­full Vine to multiply and en­crease the royall Line of this Kingdome: wee beseech thee to blesse and pre­serue her, together with the happie fruite of her wombe formed and quickened by thine owne hand, that shee may in her fulnesse of time haue safe deliuerance, and we together with her may receiue thereby such ioy and comfort, as may tend to the good of this King­dome, and to the eternall praise of thy holy Name, through Iesus Christ our Lorde. Amen.

MOst mercifull Father, seeing thou hast in thy wisedome ap­pointed to all the sonnes of Eue, one and the same entrance into life, through the sorrowes and pangs of Child-birth: Wee most humbly beseech thee of thine infinite good­nesse, to protect and strengthen thy seruaunt ANNE, our most gracious Queene, against all danger and paines of Trauell, that through thy heauenly protection shee may be safely de­liuered of the blessed fruit of her body, and be­come a ioyfull Mother of a happy issue, to the vnspeakable comfort of this thy Church, and to the praise and honor of thy glorious Name, through Iesus Christ our Lord. O Almightie and most mercifull Father, heare the prayers of thy Church for thy hand-mayd our gratious Queene ANNE: looke downe from heauen vpon her with the eyes of thy tender com­passion, and be euermore mercifull vnto her, assist her with thy comforts in her trauell of childbirth, mitigate the panges thereof for [Page] sinne inflicted, strengthen her, that without perill she may passe those daungers, and re­ceiuing ioy by an happie issue we thy people may haue comfort and consolation in her safe deliuerance, through Iesus Christ our Lord and onely Sauiour. O Most mercifull God and louing Father, wee commend vnto thy Diuine prouidence, the present e­state of our most gracious Queene ANNE: Protect and defend her a­mong all the changes and chances of this mortall life: preserue and keepe her amidst the paines and perils of Child-birth, and giue her the comfort, both safely to bring foorth, and ioyfully to bring vp the conceiued Issue of her fruitfull wombe.
