WHereas Sir Adam Blair and Robert Grey Doctor in Phy­sick, being Charged with High Treason for Dispersing a Treasonable Paper, Entituled, A Declaration of King JAMES the Second, have withdrawn themselves and fled from Iustice; And the Commons now Assembled in Parliament having applied to Vs to Issue out Our Proclamation for Apprehending the said Sir A­dam Blair and Robert Grey, and taking them into safe Custody: We have thought fit, by the Advice of Our Privy Council, to Issue this Our Royal Proclamati­on, and do hereby Command and Require all Our Lo­ving Subjects, to Discover, Take and Apprehend the said Sir Adam Blair and Robert Grey where ever they may be found, and carry them before the next Iustice of the Peace or Chief Magistrate, whom We do hereby Require to Commit them to the next Goal, there to remain until they be thence delivered by due Course of Law. And We do hereby Require the said Iustice or other Magistrate, immediately to give Notice thereof to Vs or Our Council; And We do Promise him or them that shall Discover or Apprehend the said Sir Adam Blair and Robert Grey for a Reward, the Sum of One hundred pounds for each of them: And We do also hereby give Notice to all Persons that shall Conceal the said Sir Adam Blair and Robert Grey, or be Aiding or Assisting in the Concealing of them, or furthering their Escape, that they shall be Proceeded against for such their Offence, with the utmost Severity according to Law.
