WHereas by Our Order, bearing Date the Tenth Day of February last, We directed the Colonels and other Officers Commanding in Chief any of Our Regiments of Horse, Foot and Dragoons within Our Kingdom of England, forthwith to Accompt with, and Satisfie their several Captains, what shall be in any manner Due to them, and the respective Troops and Companies under their Command, as well for such part of the Irish Arrears, as for their Subsistance, and all other Moneys received by them; And that they should Oblige their several Captains to Accompt with, and Satisfie their Subalterns, and private Soldiers, what should likewise appear to be Due unto them; And We being Informed, That Our said Orders have not been as yet Duly Complied with: Our Will and Pleasure is, and We do hereby Direct, That the said Accompts be immediately made up and satisfied by the respective Colonels, Captains, and others concern'd; And that Duplicates of them be thereupon Transmitted to the General Officers of Our Army Sitting at the Horse-Guards, and to the Pay-Master-General of Our Forces, to be Examined by them, upon Pain of Cashiering to such as shall not Obey Our Orders herein.
