An Excellent COLLECTION OF English Books, Consisting of near Four Hundred Volumes in Folio, with a proportionable Number in Quarto, Octavo, &c. lately belonging to Mr. JAMES PARTRIDGE, deceas'd; together with many considerable rare Books in Greek and Latin, as well as in the Italian, Spanish, Dutch and German Languages; most of the large Books Gilt and Letter'd.

Particularly here are, Illustriorum Principumque totius Europe Ʋrbium Tabulae, ex celeberrimâ Editione Janssonii, in 8 Vol. nec non Ant. Sanderi Flandria Illustrata, in a Vol. containing an exact Description and History of all the Cities in the several Nations of Europe, with accurate Maps of each of them neatly en­grav'd on large Copper Plates, in 8 Volumes; together with the Flandria Illustrata of A. Sanders, in 2 Vol. more. In all Ten Noble Volumes, bound in Velum, gilt Backs and Edges, the Maps all Painted and illuminated very artificially. Likewise, Fifteen Volumes in Folio of curious Prints and Drawings.

Of which an Auction will be made on Monday the 25th. of this instant November, and the following days, at Four of the Clock in the Afternoon, at the Naked Boy, the Corner-Shop of Pater noster-Row and Wawick-Lane; being a very large and commodious Room for the Entertainment of all Gentlemen-Buyers, &c.

Conditions of Sale.

1. THE Highest Bidder is the Buyer, &c.

2. The Books for ought we know are perfect; if any appear otherwise before they be taken away, the Buyer has his choice of taking or leaving them.

3. That every Person give in his Name and Place of Abode; paying also 5 s. in the Pound for what he shall buy, and be obliged to take them away, and pay the remaining part of the Money at the Place of Sale, within three days after it be ended; the Buyer also paying Porteridge.

4. None to bid less than 6 d. when a Book arises above 10s.
