THese are to give notice that whereas Thomas Dye and John Fosset hath with­out Licence from Mee, and in con­tempt of the Chancellor, Masters and Scho­lars of this Ʋniversity (to whom the Ordering and Governing of all Carriers of what kind soever Tradeing to or with the Ʋniversity and City of Oxford doth of Right belong) pre­sumed to set up a Flying Coach to travaile from hence to London: These are to require all Scho­lars, Priviledged Person and Members of this Ʋniversity, not to Travaile in the said Flying-Coach set up by Thomas Dye and John Fosset, nor to send Letters or any Goods whatsoever by the Flying Coach aforesaid.
