BY THE Lord Lieutenant AND COUNCIL.
VVHereas by some Letters Scattered about the Streets of this City of Dublin, and by other informations, We have lately received notice of a Conspiracy against the life of Us the Lord Lieutenant, by means whereof, We have made some discoverie of the said designe, but the person who writ the said Letters is yet unknown, We have therefore thought fit hereby to Publish and Declare, that in case the person who wrote the said Letters, or caused the said Letters to be so writt and dispersed, or any other person shall within Twenty dayes after the Date hereof, come before Us the Lord Lieutenant, or His Majesties Principall Secretary of State in this Kingdome: or any other of His Majesties Privie Council in Dublin, and shall first make full and perfect discovery of the said designe, such person shall not onely receive his Pardon in case be were party or privie to the said designe, but shall also foorthwith upon making out such further discoverie, receive the summe of two hundred pounds, for his reward, and shall also be secured in his person from all such trouble and Danger, as he shall apprehend may befall him by reason of such Discoverie.
