By the Lords Justices, A PROCLAMATION For Publishing the Peace between His Majesty and the French King.

WHereas a Peace hath beén Treared and Concluded at His Majesties Royal Palace at Reswick, the Tenth Day of September last, betweén His Majesty and the French King, and the Ratifications thereof hath beén since Exchanged, in Conformity thereunto We have thought fit hereby to Command, That the same be Published throughout all His Majesties Dominions. And We do hereby Declare, That all Ships, Merchandizes, and other Moveable Goods whatsoever, which have beén, or shall be Taken from the Subjects of the French King after the Two and twentieth of September last in the British and North Seas; After the Two and twentieth of this Instant October from the said British and North Seas as far as the Cape St. Vincent; After the Nineteénth of November next ensuing beyond the said Cape St. Vincent on this side the Aequinoctial Line or Aequator, as well in the Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, as else­where; And lastly, after the Tenth of March next ensuing beyond the said Line throughout the whole World, without any Exception or Distinction of Time or Place, and without any Form or Process, shall immediately, and without Damage, be Restored to the Owner, according to the said Treaty. And hereof all His Ma­jesties Subjects are hereby Required to take Notice, and to Conform themselves thereunto accordingly.
