THat they do declare, That no Officer or Soul­dier of the Army, from and after the publica­tion of this Order in the Army, shall leave the Army without the particular licence and discharge of the Generall.

Resolved upon the Question by the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament.
THat they doe declare, That they doe owne this Army as their Army, and will make provision for their maintenance, and will take order, That so soone as Money can be conveniently raised, they shall be paid up equally with those that have left the Army.

ORdered by the Lords assembled in Parliament, That these Votes be forthwith printed and published.
