THat this Commission of ARRAY for Leycester is against Law, and against the Liberties and Property of the Subject.

Resolved upon the Question, THat all those that are Actors, in the putting of the Commission of ARRAY in exe­cution, Shall be esteemed as Disturbers of the Peace of the Kingdom, and Betrayers of the Li­berty of the Subject.

Ordered by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That the abovesaid Votes shall be forthwith Printed and Pub­lished.
