A Curious COLLECTION OF Original Paintings, And other fine Copies, by the best Masters of Europe, will (for the Divertisement of the Gentlemen and Ladies at Epsom) be exposed to Sale by Auction (or who bids most) on Monday, the [...]th day of August, 1690. at Tonsor's Old Tavern, ner the Old Bowling-Green in Epsom; which Sale will be continued, during the Season, on such days in the Week as shall be thought most convenient.

- I. THat he or she who bids most is the Buyer, and if any difference arise, which the Company cannot decide, then the Painting shall be exposed to Sale again.
- II. That the Money for the Paintings so bought, is to be paid down, or the third part of the price, and the remainder at the place of Sale, within three days after the Sale is ended; where the said Paintings shall be delivered to them, or their Order.
- III. That such Gentlemen or Ladies, as desire to have their Paintings they shall buy delivered to them in London, may for one shilling in the Pound for Carriage, have them at Tom's Coffee-house, in Popes-head-Alley, over against the Poyal-Exchange, and from thence (paying Portridge) may be sent to their Houses, or places of abode, in or about London.
- IV. That the Paintings may be viewed at any time before the Sale, by any Persons that please to repair thither.
