¶These folowynge be the priuyleges pardon and Indulgence graunted to the Bretherne and Susters / & benefactours of the College churche of seynt Iohn̄ of Beuerley.

FIrste our holy Father in god Alexander the .iii. Pope of that name by his holy grace / an [...] hathe gracyously graunted vnto all men and women beynge very penytent / contryte / and [...] that to the sustentacion helpynge or maynteynynge with any parte of theyr goodes gyuy [...] [...] che of the blessyd confessour seynt Iohn̄ the .vii. parte of theyr penaunce enioyned / mercy [...] gyuen and haue graunted a C. dayes of pardon. And graūteth vnto all the messangers / and proctour [...] that and if the Churche be Interdicted & suspended / may cause the dores to be opened / and all maner d [...] and sayd solempnely in the honour and worshyp of almyghty god / and by the vertue of this pryuyleg [...] Alexander hath graunted to euery Brother and Suster that hath a letter / or wrytynge of this holy co [...] [...] uerley shall in lykewyse cause all dyuyne seruyce to be songe and sayd / and the bodyes of theyr Benef [...] the churchyarde / excepte they be accursed by name.

¶Item our holy father pope Innocent the .iiii. of that name / of his mercyfull grace hath graunted to [...] of this Frateruyte / for their forgotten synnes in tyme of confession / remyssion / and othes made or swo [...] [...] nesse of mynde and vowes broken excepte Iherusalem / all offences / or trespasse made to fader & mod [...] except they lay in vyolence hande vpon theym. and that by transgressour of theyr fayth / be released.

¶Also our holy Fader aforesayd hath graunted to all the bretherne and susters / and benefactours [...] and women of Relygion that Ignorantly by oblyuyon or by neclygence hath forgotten theyr dy [...] defaute of euyll bokes / or walkynges on nyghtes in sykenesse / or in helth yerely doynge theyr deu [...] of Beuerley full remyssion.

¶Also our holy father aforesayd hath graūted to euery brother & suster of seynt Iohn̄ of Beuerley [...] an able ghostly father / the whiche may yerely graunte theym full remyssion of all theyr synnes no [...] belonge to our holy father the pope.

¶Item our holy fader pope Iohn̄ the .xii. of that name hath confyrmed all the Indulgencꝭ & pard [...] Iohn̄ cōmaundeth straytly that in no maner of wyse no persone / make Impedyment to hurte / nor [...] in worde nor dede. ¶Also this blessyd confessour seynt Iohn̄ in the tyme that he was Archebysshop of yorke / hath gra [...] all them that be bretherne and susters vnto the fraternyte and brotherhede.

¶Also my lorde Cardynall chaunceller of Englande hath graunted a C. dayes of pardon.

¶And also there is in the same College of seynt Iohn̄ of Beuerley .xxx. preestes prayinge dayly f [...] [...] and good doers / and euery daye in the yere .iii. solempne masses / that is to wytte a masse of our L [...] [...] ge with the chaptere masse and masse of Requiem by note / and .iii. tymes a yere generall dirige [...]
